UNCERTAIN GERMANIC TRIBES, Pseudo-Imperial coinage. Mid 3rd-early 4th centuries. 'Quinarius' (Gold, 17 mm, 3.35 g, 12 h), imitating Marcus Aurelius, 161-180. IMP ANTONINV[...] Laureate bust of Marcus Aurelius to left. Rev. MCODRIM[...]SVSTOR TP XV / COS III Marcus Aurelius and Lucius Verus, both togate, standing facing each other and clasping their right hands around scroll. Cf. Calicó 1821-1826 (for prototype). With original suspension loop attached. Minor scrapes and scratches and the flan somewhat wavy, otherwise, fine.
